Worst service ever.

Went to dstv service station in pretoria central sanlam building corner Pretorious and Andries. Prior to that we called and asked for their closing time to which they said they close at 5pm,got to the shop at exactly 16:32pm asked to go inside the branch to which the consultant blatantly refused saying they close at 16:00pm.while the other consultants are sitting inside the branch. I therefore mentioned that we called to find out your closing time and you said it's 5pm now that we are here the story has changed. The operational hours on the door clearly says 8:30am to 17:00pm.bIf times have changed why not update them. I am appealed to the level of professionalism I received in that branch and hence continue to pay my subscription.
