Worst service ever.

I am so dissapointed with DSTV. Worst service ever. Each month my price lock goes off via debit order. The 20th of each month when my salary gets paid. The amount is R959. Out of the blue I receive an sms saying I must pay R1113 because I owe. Absolute nonsense. I have sent my proof of payment of the previous month as well as numerous emails with no response. You are *****ing my money. I want this matter resolved since I have been emailing and emailing. No one does their work at DSTV. Poor,poor service. My reference number is ***. Resolve my issue because I am tired of waiting.
