Worst service ever
I have HAD IT WITH DSTV. My decoders not working. Phoned numerous times. They get everything wrong while I have been a customer for decades! Still no Dstv! SUPPOSE TO PHONE ME BACK FOR THE 4TH TIME to no avail. Freaking bad people working there with no ethics or concern for loyal clients!!!!!!

10 Oct 2022, 15:30Yes. I am convinced. Phoned again, spoke to khanyisele Mphembu. Great help.... NOT! Back to square one. You can send a courier on your costs, to collect the decoder. Sort it out and bring it back. On your costs! And I will send you my telephone bill. And you will pay for the hours wasted on *********** people!
