Worst service ever
The worst service ever. Even the Team Leader doesn't know how to speak to a customer. Requested for The Team leader in order to get assistance because an insurance was activated without my knowledge and am being charged for it. The Team Leader even confirms on the line that it was activated somewhere in Durban but i don't even stay in Durban. She is even telling me that i don't stay with my mother how do i know what my own mother said and if she even accepted the insurance.

Please do because i will not let this go, i won't have someone that is disrespectful towards me and my mother instead of sorting out my query.
I will definitely go on social media and make a noise if I have to. Please listen to the calls that i made today and you will hear how they treat customers.
