Worst service ever!!!

This has got to be theee worst call center in the country... I've been waiting for my refund for almost a month. You take my money when you weren't supposed to, now I have to wait as if it's yours. Then 4 calls following up and everyone tells me a different story. Your managers don't get back to me... I'm taking the legal route from here, this is absolutely beyond pathetic!!!
