Worst service ever

Am at my wits end with Dstv every month the amount I need to pay goes up,I pay the amount due but still the next month the amount goes up and when I call the agents tell me about a balance brought forward kanti how many times do I have to pay the balance brought forward.Been waiting for the manager to call me since monday.
