Worst Service ever

On the 15th of January 2022, I called the call center and i was assisted by a lady called Noluvo Ndlabu and she did not do what i asked and today my viewing has been cut off because of her. Today I called 4 times at multichoice DStv and I was told that a manager by the name of Masixole Kamanga will get back to me. I'm still waiting even now for someone to assist or clarify what what happened!!!!
