Worst service ever!

This is by far the worst service ever! I'm so frustrated at your call center agents! No one there knows what they doing. I spoke to Samkelisiwe Mtshali... I spoke to Khanyisile i spoke to Victor and Amanda! All my airtime! And still no one can help me! This is absolutely pathetic! The other one is telling me to send my bank statement now you telling me to send proof of payment.. That Amanda person has absolutely no idea what she's talking about. Worst horrible service by far!!!!!!!
