Worst service ever

Very stupid and kaak service, called 5 times and all calls get dropped on my ear without assistance. How the hell do i get billed again for a payment i already made in December and then get told there's also a bill for February which is due now as in today. What the heck is going on at this stupid Multichoice. Each month there's always issues with my account, no maaan i cannot be paying R1500 monthly for this kaak. Noo, i'm ****** cancelling all subscriptions i have. Recordings of all the calls and being put on hold for hours and then get cut off is available. Stupid institution this one.
