WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!! last weekend my services were suspended due R297 that was unknown to 3 different agents that i spoke to, 2 days later i my suspension was uplifted and i was told it was an error, today i just a received message telling me my services are suspended again and this time im given 3 different amount R164, R135 and R769.12 and im told its a reconnection fee. what makes me angry is that even their team leader tell me theres nothing she can do from her side... im very disappointed bcoz i was happy with the new explora decoder i received but the agent that sold me this promotion only told me that i will only pay R120 extra for the next 24 months from the R399 im currently paying for my compact and this fee will be debited at the end of the month not this reconnection fees that im suddenly told about 3 different amounts I have to pay for a reconnection fee that I was never told about when I accepted this promotion... this is very unprofessional of DSTV and their team. IM ANGRY
