Worst Service Ever

Good day, after the 2 years price lock my contract was renewed in early July, all these years I have paid by debit oder never any issues, but since renewing my contract it has been a nightmare, my DSTV has been cancelled 5 times, I have phoned numeruous times and been informed the error was made with the renewal, new account open etc, there is a credit to be moved etc, well it's been 2 weeks and ongoing phone calls and problem still persist. We then on and then off!! It is absolutely the worst service ever!!
