worst service ever

i am very unpleased customer , last week my service was cut off and i have contacted the call centre , i spoke to a counsaltant and upon reviewing my profile on there system he accused me of things and says he is blocking my dstv account , i have sent a email to dstv and recieved a email with case no and up to now i can not watch my services nor did i recieve a call from them .

i have been loyal client to dstv and for someone to accuse me of things that i am not clued with is terrible and not to get assistance is even worst i hope this opens there eyes and see the amount of clients they going to loose cause of the services provided from a call centre
