WORST SERVICE EVER

I just called the MULTICHOICE CONTACT CENTRE, most pathetic service I have ever experienced in my life from this organization. They sent me a voucher of R500.00 to compensate me for My Walker after fighting them for 2 months which I purchased at game for R850.00 I am only allowed to buy A DECODER OR REMOTE FOR DSTV from Takealot. This is pathetic, I don’t want DSTV, I NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS organization ever again. Please arrange my refund of R850.00 which i want deposited into my bank account today. The agent was not helpful and so was her team leader. I am still awaiting CALLBACK FROM A MANAGER. I WAS TOLD THAT NONE ARE AVILABLE. WHAT A JOKE.
