WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I was sent change of ownership documents on the 22.12.15 which i filled in and sent back and i called again to follow up if my documents were received was told yes my HD decoder would be active in 72 hours. Today is the 04.01.16 still not activated. When I called in was throw from pillar to post. No one bothers to call to update you. When you call you hold for close to 20mins to speak to someone.<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER!!!!!!
