WORST SERVICE EVER

Good day

My problem is with DSTV. We spoke to Muneeb De Vries useless as can be.He told us that what he could see is that amounts was incorectly deducted we took out the 24Months lock account with DSTV what a wrong desicion as they deduct too much monies every month..so we only pay the the following month less due to the fact that the previous month it was deducted wrongly from their side. The account was also allocated wrongly 5months ago we paid the pro rata so they alocated it wrongly then all off a sudden they kept on trying to deduct wrongly where I phoned them to ask whats going on.So we go pay cash the past 2Months due to them wanting to deduct more so we had to go to checkers to pay the amount for DSTV with for the 2Months it kept on showing R430 on the screen by checkers so we thought this was for the times they deducted incorectly from us that they only ask for R430 the first month was deducted right before but know all of sudden they started deducting more than what was advertised know they come with this nonsens saying its for pro rata and two payments was not made witch is nonsens.I am not happy with this nonsens because we are wothout TV due tk DSTV that doesnt do their job proper and doesnt train their people with manners or knoladge so yes i am frustrated and screamed and yelled...Know once again thanks to useless DSTV we have no tv due to the fact that Muneeb wanted me to first sent him my bank statements just to show him I did not reverse the payment..How dumb can one person be to do that U mean honostly
