Worst service ever
Unbelievable service
We had a problem with our PVR decoder and we took it to the MultiChoice store at Soweto Maponya Mall, we where advised to trad in the PVR decoder with R250 on top and we where provided with the new decoder. The new decoder only played for two days and we have call the MultiChoice call center for days and they kept telling us that they have send the signal and we decided to the back the decoder and we were advised that the store was out of stock and they provided us with the number that we must call to check if they do have stock with is something that we have been doing since last week. Sadly we paying for the services that we don't have.
