Worst service ever

DSTV service is the worst.

Paid 2 account on the 28th of October 2019, both my payments were not allocated and my services were disconnected. I called Multichoice and i was told that my payments were not allocated and due to that my account its in arrears (Not sure why because i paid within my grace period). They connected my services and promised allocate the payments and fix the arrears however the next day i was disconnected again.Called in and told the same story that my payments were not allocated and they will allocate. i spent a lot of money trying resolve this issue and still one of the accounts is disconnected Multichoice is refusing to refund me my money.WORST SERVICE EVER!

We pay alot of money for poor service.
