Worst Service ever

I bought a HD decoder for R599 from Makro Woodmead on Saturday , the decoder comes with free installation and on the box there is a number am suppose to call for installation which is ********** when i called the number for installation they said they will call me in 2 days and they didn't i called them back on Tuesday and they told me it will take 4 WEEKS for them to come and install what kind OF nonsense is that why do they sell those Decoder with free installation in the first place. I called Multichoice and they tell me is not their problem anymore i must contact Makro what kind of service is that they don't even care about their product nor the client if you gonna sell decoder with free installation and is actually not free because when you buy the decoder with installation you pay extra R200 BECAUSE A DECODER WITHOUT INSTALLATION IS R400 next time state that it will take 4 weeks for installation to take place
