worst service ever

Dstv called me to market the Explorer. I accepted and they told me that I will b billed R799 per month for a 2year period. I asked the question a few times if I will b billed anything more and the answer was no. I have been billed for about R5500 over a 3months period. I have made numerous calls to u guys for my money to b returned but still not even a call back. I did not give any authority for my account to b debited over R799 per month and u guys are like *****ing money from my account without my permission. I have listed my number.
