Worst service ever

I subscribed to Dstv Stream on the 28th Jan I have been calling theor call center for more than 6 days since then trying to unsubcribe from this and all their agents are either super sleepy or not interested to help at all ...non of them can't cancel it on the system refer you to the Dstv app that doesn't have an option to cancel this thing ...super frustrated ...but I think their call center Ned's to be closed as non of their agents sound even willing to help ...non of them have access to fo anything they have 0 knowledge of their product
