Worst service ever

Today i went to ziniaville multichoice to enquire about upgŕading my papackage instead they upgraded it without my consent luckily i checked on my app to discover the shocking reality.i called multichoice to fix the misunderstanding but it made things worse amount owing before the call was R225 after the call it was R315 all i asked was upgrade my parckage to compact and add an extraview but it seems like an impossible task i am not sure if its done or not please help
