Worst service ever!!!

<p>I upgraded from the compact to the explorer (Pricelock) and decoder was delivered in December, since it has been deliverd i asked the installers to install it but had the same responce from all, to busy can only help in January or no stock and Multichoice are putting them under pressure as they dont have the LNB or the Dishes to install. Then i got the shock as Multichoice deducted R2000.00 out of my bank account, the first agent i spoke to was not very helpfull and told me that i will just have to keep paying the account for the next 2 years until the decoder has been installed, i contacted the call center 5-6 times and eventually they said that they would send their own installers (Inhouse) to install as i had to start work on the Monday, its now Tuesday and im back at work? ,its taken a month and its still not installed, i asked the agent to get the Pricelock department to call me and that should have happened in 24 hours apperently, has not happend. At this stage im paying for a service im not receiving and nothing has been done about it for over a month now and its not due to my doing, if i can give advise "STAY AWAY FROM DSTV PRICELOCK DEALS"!!!</p>
