WHY DO YOU MAKE YOUR CLIENTS SUFFER SO MUCH???

I CALLED AROUND THE 23RD OCT TO CHANGE MY DEBIT ORDER DATE FROM 1ST OF EACH MONTH TO 21ST AND WAS TOLD IT'S LATE ALREADY, THEREFORE MY DEBIT WILL ONLY RUN NEXT MONTH (21 NOV) AS DOUBLE FOR OCT AND NOV, I AGREED. ON THE 16TH NOV MY SERVICE WAS DISCONNECTED DUE TO ARREAS ON MY ACCOUNT, I CALL AGAIN TO FIND OUT WHY AND I AM TOLD THEY NEED TO RUN AN ADHOC DEBIT OF ABOUT R272.59 FOR MY ACCOUNT TO BE UP TO DATE AND THEN ON THE 21 NOV ANOTHER R345 FOR THE CURRENT MONTH, I AGREED.
