Worst service ever

<p>I've been to multichoice in Nelspruit to ask them to change my premium to a full view.... I was granted that and etc etc. A month ago I went back to ask them to take the premium to dstv compact. The lady nicely agreed and the whole of last month my dstv was compact. Today my dstv has been suspended and multichoice tells me that I owe them over R600 because I didn't pay my connection fees...... No one told me about this!!!!!! I wasn't notified of any connection fee instead they just changed my premiums. I am so angry with multichoice nelspruit </p>
