Worst Service Ever

I cancelled my account 3 months and I am still being billed. I have called about 7 times, reversed the debit orders and put a stop order in place, but yet they still keep on billing. I am owed R 840.00 and still have not received payment, but yet you dont pay your account and they are very quick to cut you off.

When you try and contact them you get cut off and then spent about 30 minutes explaining your entire story again.
