Worst service ever!

I've had the worst experience ever with Dstv. 1st it was during the activation of my internet. Paid for everything and received my router and it took almost a month for them to connect me, had to go there several times. Now just for them to refund me a double payment from the 24th of February untill now! exactly a month later and still no refund. Went into the branch and spoke to the Manager Lungelo Buthelezi who assured me the money would be in latest Monday morning and I still have not been refunded by a big organisation like Dstv. Very disappointing and will be terminating my contract.
