Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Cancelled my subscription on 3rd of February Had to pay R180 for early cancellation which I have paid. Received sms today of my debit order due for this month. As I have made use of the DSTV live chat portal there are no proof. So sad they what to new technology but don't have a back-up system of all the chats. There are no reference numbers or anything.
