Worst Service Eveeeeeer!!!!

My Mum downgraded her package from Compact plus to the R115 package on the 23rd of December 2021.. to this day our dish is not working so dat means she paid 4 nonsense nje.. we have called so many times nd to this day still no help.. we are running like headless chickens trying to find out what's actually going on here..
