Worst service Dstv explora
About a month ago I received a phone call wrt Dstv explora special. I signed up and was told it will be deliveted and installed. The explora was delivered in December the day before the public holiday, think it was the 16th. A woman phoned me about a week after it was delivered and wanted to install it same day. I couldn't as I was at work, I asked her to do it on the Saturday. She rep**** she will speak with the installer and let me know. Today is the 2nd of January 2021, no one contacted me. No contact number or email address was given so that I can follow up but they are deducting the money. They are so useless!
