Worst service certainly in SA and possibly globally

After being **** to by your call centre agent and then supervisor Tsepo Malope I will be cancelling my account. Everytime I have had dealings with your company it is always the same, you just don't care I have never, ever come across such pathetic service in my life. Call centre agents don't know what they are talking about and then lie to their customers. DSTV is just shocking in terms of what they stand for or rather don't stand for despite their exorbitant fees. The level of personal service is completely absent. This monopoly must fall in South Africa.
