Worst service

Multichoice delivered their decor to my house and said they will send installer to install it which never happened two months ago, after a month of follow up and only got endless promises. I complained to hellopeter.com and Sandile Mathonsi from multichoice called me on 3 December and told me he will call me back on Monday 7th December to arrange for collection as I don't need their decoder anymore. I called multichoice again on 9th December and the lady called Sanelisiwe promised me that she will take it herself and promised to follow up and she said that she will call me on 11 December and again she disappeared. I am so frustrated with their service and just need them to collect them property as they are debited while it is still in the box wrapped and sealed.
