Worst service

If there was negative ratings I would rate that

My dstv internet cut off because payment was made before the due date

Im unable to use YouTube on my dstv platform because data is suppose to be allocated which is news to me because I know I connect to my wifi Before using YouTube but im allocated data on apparently according to lufuno from the online chat im really disgusted about the whole service worse im told I do direct debit wen I pay cash

Kindly get ppl who will give correct information not this nonsense
