Worst service
Worst service ever, firstly their call centre is unprofessional they put me on hold for a long time after I had asked for a manager and they put the phone down on me. I have been asking for my refund since December and up to date have not received my money. The accounts department had the audacity to lie that I will get my refund but never got it. I was asked to go to their offices in Randburg and I went but still have not received my money back. Worst service ever

16 Feb 2021, 12:19I am still waiting for feedback re my refund, this is nonsense i just called your Call Centre and your agents as they keep on giving me incorrect information. I cannot keep on wasting my airtime, call me back. How long does it take to resolve an issue????
