Worst service

I have been on the line with DSTV for the past 30 min waiting to speak to a manager. APPARENTLY all the managers are in a meeting and they can not call me back. What bull**** is that? You guys billed me incorrectly in April and now holds me liable to pay the arrears amount which i was never informed about. I paid my monthly subscription and yet you still switch my DSTV off!! What kind of service is that? No wonder everyone install WiFi lately because of this service you get!! I am disgusted! You agent are off no help either! PHUMELELO just said there is nothing she can do. So get me someone that can ****** assist me!!
