worst service

I just called the MULTICHOICE CONTACT CENTRE, most pathetic service I have ever experienced in my life from this organization. They sent me a voucher of R500.00 to compensate me for My Walker after fighting them for 2 months which I purchased at game for R850.00 I am only allowed to buy A DECODER OR REMOTE FOR DSTV from Takalot. This is pathetic, I don’t want DSTV, I NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS organization ever again. Please arrange my refund of R850.00 which i want deposited into my bank account today.

I DID RECEIVE A RESPONSE INITIALLY ADVISING THAT NOTHING COULD BE DONE. I THEN RECEIVED A SECOND RESPONSE REQUESTING MY ID NUMBER SO I COULD BE REIMBUSED. Third response from DSTV stated the same as their first response, My feeling is that they are trying to intimidate me. It’s time that we stand together and start a campaign that DSTV must fall as they feel that they are untouchable. (Contact me for further details)
