Worst Service
I bought a DSTV explorer on Price Lock, and activated compact plus package, and I paid R650 for everything but they cannot link or activate my channels, no call center agent can tell me why. They just say we will escalate your call to our supervisors, and it will take 24-72hrs to fix this, what must we watch at home when they are still fixing their in competencies? please come and collect your nonsense at my house and refund me I don't have time to deal with Mediocrity.

Your technical team is ***********, how difficult can it be just to do smartcard pairing?
Maybe you need to educate them, as the call Centre agents are also clueless, its like your running a company with headless candidates. I paid yet I cant watch my television
