Worst Provider In The World Literally

I am EXTREMELY DISGUSTED with DStv payment and support care just because there is ABSOLUTLY IS NOT CUSTOMER CARE. I have the cheap package just because of 1 channel so I was late with payment for 2 days and then did a scan to pay on the 28 August 2026 and guess what??? I am still not connected even sent the proof of payment my ref query number is *** and I have been in the live chat and all they have to say is THERE IS NO UPDATE YET how complicated is it to check payment with a proof of payment. I was a customer for years and left but returned for just 1 channel and DSTV IS HONESTLY THE WORST PROVIDER EVER and literally any other provider puts them to shame. They can keep the money, I do not even want that channel but please just freakin ban MultiChoice from SA because its pathetic service.
