WORST PROVIDER EVER
Every week I have to have a chart with ur agents because of your incompetency. Every week my services are disconnected. I do not have the time to be explaining this ****ed up situation to every new consult your finance people said 3working days to resolve my payment issue it's been almost a month and still no feedback. This a HUGE and ANNOYING inconvenience. Sort out my damn account

Our records indicate that you have received assistants from one of our consultants that advised you your payments for March 2018 was reversed by your bank on the 9 March 2018.
Please provide us with a copy of your Bank Statement from the date of the payment to current in order for us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
