Worst provider ever!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic service! In May I received a notification that if I reconnect ro datv compact, I would pay R279 till the lockdown ends. And I paid R279 for about two months and then this month you send me an sms of an amount of over R500. I am a pensioner and is this how you rob us????! I called dstv to confirm the sms in May and the lady confirmed that it is R279 till lockdown ends so go back to your recordings and sort this mess coz now I had ro downgrade coz I don't have that kind of money. I want you to sort this immediately and call me me on ***. My ID number is ***. Its A Moodley.
