Worst Internet Provider

I honestly regret getting their wifi router. First of all, when I decided to get it, I was told that I will be getting 400GB for day and 400GB for night. Only to find that I was sold lies, after getting it that data got finished before month end, I called them and they telling me that "nooo you only get 400GB only" imagine that. They tell me that I would need to top up and I tell them that I don't have an option to top up on my side and ask them to do it for me and they said they "can't". I had to wait for the new month... I decided to pay on the first thinking as soon as I pay they will top it up, nooo it didn't happen, they tell me that I have to wait for the 3rd since my debit order goes through on that day. Fine, I waited... guess what it got finished again before end of the month, I think it was a day or two before month end. The next thing comes the 3rd debit order goes through but my data is not loaded, called them couple of times, and guess what it was loaded on the 4th. As we speak, the data just lasted 19 days. DSTV wifi is a ****!!! For the amount that we paying and data not lasting at all. I would want to cancel this and they can not make me pay for cancelation as yhey have sold lies. I would not recommend them to anyone. Wish I could have went to other providers for wifi, people are R400 for unlimited and we pay R420 for for the data that gets finished within 20 days... a big ****
