Worst Experience over the phone - call even hung up by your telesales personnel — very unprofessional
I received a call from *** at around 08H53 - the lady was forcing me to upgrade my decoder - she was very rude and disrespectful and literally suggested I stop using DSTV and worse dropped the call on me as I was talking to her.
Very unpleasant experience - poor service from your people.
