Worst experience on Price Lock Product

I'm on Price Lock since March 2021, 07/02/2022 all of a sudden there are un explained charges on my account, also on my credit report see additional decoder payment plan, when I call they just said wait till next billing cycle, nobody can give a correct answer called today again to cancel my account and I understand I have to pay cancellation fee and outstanding payment on my device but they can't assist. This is the worst customer service I've had and will never join or recommend Dstv.
