Worst experience I've had yet

I'm been a customer for many years but other service is at its worst. I've paid my premium due yet my service is still cut and I have not received any help from the agents. I had to buy R100 airtime each time I called in I have explained the issue I'm having over and over but each agent has sometime different to say. The last agent Reshma ASSURED me she will Activate yet it's still not done. They don't call back or ever respond to any emails. I will never recommended anyone to go down this path getting DSTV.

Still no feedbackdata as yet I've called in many times and agents are keep cutting the call... I SPENT more the R100 trying to call you guys I'm shocked at how much we pay yet we treated so bad
