Worst experience ever
Debit order ****ups Cold transferring Supervisors failing dismally (kaitlyn) if she's a supervisor... Cancelation requests being denied flat out. No reference numbers provided.
Staff laughing at your call in the background.
Calls are recorded for quality and training purposes...
Honestly the worst waste of money ever.
Simply the poorest of services.
Times will change and what you have to offer will be mediocre.
