Worst experience ever!

**** poor service. I paid my DSTV subscription today, my decoder is still not working. The damn agent was not helpful. He tells me to take my decoder to the DSTV store and I go there only to find out there is nothing wrong with my decoder. My DSTV is stil showing a blocked E16-4 error and the donkeys still cannot assist me. This is definitely my last month on this useless subscription. The perso spoke to last dropped the phone on me. Im done with DSTV.
