Worst ever service from multichoice ever.

What a rude so called team leader from multichoice (Siyabhulela is his name). No customer care, impolite when speaking. I have been with Dstv for 12 years but the service given is a -10 for this year. Agents can never give you correct information, billing is always wrong, one is made to hold for a long time, no one ever bothers to call back. It's my 3rd review about multichoice and sadly they are all bad. I will never recommend Multichoice to anyone, Showmax or Netflix would probably be a lot better. What a disappointment from Dstv and Siyabhulela is the worst teamleader as he rudely chose to call himself.
