Worst ever service from dstv

I had the worst experience this morning from Dstv. I paid my acc on the 30, but Dstv decided to suspend my services. Call center agent Nolusindi can't even pick me up on the system. I speak to her half an hour and still she didn't have the right acc. The supervisor is also not willing to help customers. Minola just say we don't see payment. You need provide proof. This is the second of the month surely it will not show. This was the worst experience ever. Oh my dstv is still of. ... when your guys wake up please reckoned me again
