Worst ever experience

I just had the worst interaction with Kagiso from Dstv. Worst experience ever. I dealt with others before him, but he was the worst. The guy decided to throw the business book at me. Instead of looking at the underlying issue, thinking and processing my query by looking at the facts at his disposal. He tells me about the business rule, which are not client centric. No imagination and useful thoughts. Just parroting ... business rules...business rules. What got under my skin and was the absolute irritant was instead of resolving my issue with the payment which is by the way their fault he crudely and rudely drops the call. Such audacity and uncouthness. Spoke to five different people and none of them could resolve my issue. But Kagiso was the worst. Not customer centric. Did not even bother to understand what I was saying. The only thing Kagiso could say..business rules.. business rules ..imagine
