Worst ever

If there was a zero star I would use it! DSTV is a bunch of ******! I cancelled my subscription in November 2023 because I did not need it! Now that I am trying to reactivate some services and downgrade I am told that I owe an amount for December, which I did not even use because i cancelled the month to month contract in November. Over and above that, I specifically told the agent that I spoke to that I did not want any additions on my account and I am downgrading. They tell me that I owe an amount of R328? For what? Insurance that I did not ask for? What a bunch of losers! I am NOT resubscribing to DSTV ever again and anyone who ever does is throwing their money down the toilet. I dont have monwy to willy nilly throw at DSTV on a whim. Do yourself a favour and dont ever bother yourself with DSTV!
