Worst ever

What a bunch of ********!!! I bought their device the WALKA, (only available from them) and I have been using it for about five years when going on leave etc. When trying to use it yesterday again to watch sports, there were no channels available. When phoning them to try to reset the device, I was told the service has been discontinued! No notice, no information on alternatives....nothing. This must be one of the worst service I have ever received and am seriously contemplating cancelling my DSTV contract completely.
